Condolence From: Vickie Furrow
Condolence: Drew and family, Dianne was a wonderful person, enjoyed so much working with her at TFMC. She treated all her patients with a smile and how can I help you. She was always caring to my needs, as well as everyone in the office. Will always remember y'all opening up your home for the Girl's Santa night each year, we were treated special with a sit down meal along with door prizes and games with gifts. So glad y'all got to spent time together near the coast.
Praying for you during this difficult time. May God Bless as you continue your life without our sweet Dianne.

Condolence: I am so sorry to learn of your loss. May your many shared memories of your loved one bring your family comfort. The scriptures remind us that Almighty God is close to those who grieve; "...He saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) My sincerest condolences to all of you.

Condolence From: Williams Family
Condolence: The loss of a cherished loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are people who care and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. He is the God of all comfort. Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time of grief.

Condolence: Dianne was an amazing person. She helped both my wife and I so much. She was the only one We trusted to keep us healthy. But she was more that just my nurse, she was a friend. I will never forget our weekly visits, her humor, her concern for my personal life, our talks about God, & the love she showed. She was a shining example of who God wants us to be. She will be missed more than any words can describe. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all those that had the privilege to know her. You will all be in our prayers.

Condolence From: Glenna Butler
Condolence: To the family and friends of Dianne Doherty, I am saddened to hear that Dianne has passed. Heaven has truly gained a very giving and compassionate person. As an employee of Brunswick County, N. C. I had many opportunities to be in Dianne's company. She served as Nurse Practitioner to the Wellness Clinic at the Brunswick County Complex. I had many conversations with her and found her to be so thoughtful, compassionate and caring. I feel like I have lost a true friend even though I have not seen her in over a year. There is no words to express the feelings I have for her family. I know she loved her family so very much. My advice to Dianne's children and grandchildren would be to imitate your mother/grandmother. To her husband I would say what a perfect choice you made in Dianne. Remember all the good memories you have made together and share these often with family members. My sincere sympathy, Glenna Butler

Condolence From: Lonnie/Han/Scottie Jones
Condolence: Drew,
I am not sure where to start,i talk better than I write.
Dianne was at Thompsons as long as I can remember.
when they put mothers feeding tube,i got all the food, and other ungodly supplies at Woodfins.
Dianne,more than once,offered to stop here,on her way home,if I needed help.
I saw her on her last week at Chatham Family, and she told me that life was short and you guys were moving, while you both were well enough to enjoy the coastal area.
if I remember right, that was 2010,so she got 7 years down their.
my Grandma Gibson made clothes for Mrs Amos for years, which meant she made them for you as well.
mother use to talk about you two playing when your mom came to Grandmas.
you are now where my mom is,and she no longer has Parkinsons, she no longer has a feeding tube and neither of you has a worry in the world.
may god bless you,Drew, and the others left behind.
Lonnie,WH "Hans" Jones

Condolence From: Eddie Adams
Condolence: In June of 1969 the last Chatham High School bell rang starting the beginning of summer and the end of the school year. Dianne "Amos" was seated behind Eddie "Adams". So we sat next to each other for the whole class year in biology class. We became friends and I might admit her dimples made her my first crush. As we walked down the halls for the last time I gave her a kiss on the cheek. That summer schools became integrated and I never saw her again. As I get older those things become fonder. How sad I am for your loss of Dianne. In the picture she is as pretty as I ever remember her. May God Bless you in the days ahead as many will share your loss.
