The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Pauline Higdon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Marjorie Tuthill
Condolence: Dennis: We are all so sorry and saddened to hear of Polly's passing. She was a good wife, mother, neighbor, friend, and daughter. She loved life, the Redskins, and the Nationals. We have known Polly since you and Bobby started playing little league in Falls Church and until the day you all moved to Chatham. Please take note knowing that she lived a long life and is in a wonderful place up there with Bill and her family. I will always remember her for being a loyal friend and we shared so many good times traveling to games, lunch, dinner's and of course our shopping trips! Please give my regards to Debby, Dee, Don and the Grandchildren.

Love, Marge & Bob Tuthill

Condolence From: Jamie Clark
Condolence: I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. When someone we love dies, it’s natural to want to see that person again. Many have found comfort in the Bible’s promise of a resurrection.

Notice what John 5:28, 29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment."

God gives us such a meaningful hope to look forward to. And in the meantime he also promises us to comfort us in our trials if we go to him in prayer. 2 Cor 1:3 calls him the God of all comfort.

I hope this was comforting to y'all. Please contact me for more comforting information, or please go to JW.org. Have a nice day.
