Obituary for Edna Mozelle Haskins
CHATHAM,
Edna Mozelle Haskins, age 91, of Chatham, VA, entered into rest on March 14, 2019 at Gretna Health Care Center.
She was born on February 8, 1928, in Pittsylvania County, the daughter of the late Daniel Bedford Haskins and the late Anna Custer Haskins.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Herbert Haskins, Noel Haskins, Harrison Haskins, and Otie Haskins, and sisters, Selma Hedrick, Florence Gibson, Louise Conner, Dorothy Powell, and Stella Elliott.
Graveside services will be conducted at Greenbay Christian Church Cemetery on Saturday March 16, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Jim Headen officiating.
The family will receive friends at the residence of Otie and Mary Haskins, 500 Emery Rd. Chatham, VA.
The family would like to thank the staff of Gretna Health and Rehab and also her special caregiver, Louise Towler.
