He was a great Man. Our Family called him “Uncle Tuffy”
because Leland and our Daddy Joe Quarles were Best Friends. We know Uncle Tuffy is in Heaven with his Wife and other loved ones there.
I’m sure there will be chicken and fish frys in Heaven.
