Obituary for Robert Lee Bushley
CHATHAM,
Robert Lee Bushley, age 81, of 112 Hedrick Dr. Chatham, entered into rest on November 24, 2019 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
He was born on May 11, 1938, in Brookfield, PA, the son of the late Rial Bushley and the late Florence Perrin Bushley.
He was married to the late Anna Marie Owen Bushley.
He was a member of Concord Methodist Church and served 4 years in United States Air Force.
He is survived by two sons, Troy R. (Sharon) Bushley and Thomas R. (Dawn) Bushley; two stepsons, James G. (Lisa Ann) Motley III and Joseph C. Motley; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one son, Timothy J. Bushley.
Funeral services will be conducted at Scott Funeral Home on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Tobias Lutz officiating.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Burial Park.
The family will receive friends at Scott Funeral Home on Saturday November 30, 2019 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and at other times will be at the residence, 112 Hedrick Dr. Chatham, VA.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Danville Cancer Association.
