Edmund, The kindest, most thoughtful man ever! Always doing something kind for others, Always there for friends and family. When I first started work with VDOT, Edmund took me under his wing, he introduced me to the VDOT employees and Chatham neighbors, taught me the VDOT way and looked out for me. (Never expecting anything in return because that is who he was!) An angel that will be missed for ever!

Edmund was a real life "Southern Gentleman".. always happy, laughing, polite & no matter where you were, he always spoke and had something to say..
